Tigers

Sat down Fri night to watch Game 5 of the Tigers v Kings. Game 4 was one of the best games I've ever seen, so i was pretty pumped for this. Sydney started really well, but gradually the Tigers reeled in the lead, then took the lead, then never looked back. Was heaps glad they won, I think I'm even forming some love for them as the best basketball team in my adopted city. Here's some thoughts.

-Dave Barlow is a really solid player. Never got enough shots in any game. Should be a Boomer.
-Chris Anstey has a complete game, somthing you never would have picked a decade back. Fantastic 3 shooter, solid post game, great mid-range and turnaround jumper. Handy on D too.
-I don't agree that DMac is the best import Australia has ever seen. That would have to go to Leroy Loggins,Mark Davis or James Crawford. It definitely wouldn't be Paris McCurdy, A.D Smith or Willie Simmons. Probably the best point guard and most showtime though.
-Dave Thomas is a gun. Came up with some massive plays.
-David Stiff rules. Now holds the Most Championships title. One of the most under rated players ever in the league. My third favourite 36er ever.
