Everyone has a song they are a little embarrased to like. Here's my Top 10
Predictable (Delta Goodrem)
Not the coolest singer for a 30yr old guy to like, but this song is catchy, powerful and is about The Scud, so............
Don't Stop (S Club 7)
Pretty 80's, but it's catchy with a nice little chorus and bridge.
Into The Groove (Madonna)
Super catchy, quick moving- probably the old girl's best.
Footloose (kenny Loggins)
If this clip and song don't make you wanna hit the dance floor nothing will. Probably Loggins best, comfortably ahead of "Dangerzone". Because of his portrayal of Ren McCormack, Kevin Bacon spent the next 20 years playing weird freaky creeps just to make sure he never got type cast as a pretty dance-loving nancy boy.
Walking On Sunshine (Katrina & The Waves)
Ultimate happy song. Check out this awesome clip from "High Fidelity". **Caution: Adult Themes**
I Want To Know What Love Is (Foreigner)
Ultimate haunting night song of the 80's, Ok, maybe "Every Breath You Take" is marginally better.
Stay (Lisa Loeb)
In the 90's every single Christian i knew had this cd for some reason.
Maneater (Hall & Oates)
This is a song by two suspected gay guys warning guys about watching out for this sneaky lady??????????
Uptown Girl (Billy Joel)
Great song, great bridge. Christie Brinkley was so impressed she married him- the ultimate "pretty girl marrying an unattractive man" case ever recorded. Sadly, all youtube clips have embedding disabled, so if you wanna see the clip just go to youtube yourself. It will be worth it.
Bye, Bye, Bye (N' Sync)
I've been seen many a time cruising down a highway, window open, tapping to this classic. Justin Timberlake's best ever work. Another protected clip, so here's a version by two akward teenage girls.
