My fantasy in Fantasy

For years I've dreamed of getting the Number 1 pick in Fantasy basketball. This year it finally happened, in my 7th year of doing fantasy hoops. I've never picked higher than 4 and have never finished higher than 4, which seems to tell a story. Even Adam finished 1st last year in his first snaring of the prized first pick, so this should be a no-brainer. I'm renowned for being a strong starter, often by grabbing a great free agent and /or stacking games, so if I can do this again, not make a dumb trade and not be hit by a major injury again, I should be fine.

The key will be picking smart and not being affected by injury. Lebron (pictured, in case you've never seen a picture of him before, which probably means you're not reading a basketball story, so why am I even writing this) is the obvious choice, but there are plenty of other people to consider.......

Will Kobe be on a mission this year with the Finals on his mind?
Will Chris Paul continue to rise to super-stardom?
Will the Dwayne Wade of the Olympics show up in the NBA this year?
WIll Amare keep up the form he showed on Shaq's arrival last year?

The toughest thing about the No 1 pick is that you don't pick again until pick 20,but the benefit here is you make back-to-back picks from there on in. It should be a great year and you can track my progress via this blog.
